ABOUT PROFEST ESTIMATING

PROFEST Estimating provides commercial concrete quantity surveys, material takeoffs, and cost breakdowns for concrete subcontractors, general contractors, and suppliers. We support commercial and industrial projects nationwide, with specialized experience in tilt-up and cast-in-place concrete construction.


Our work begins with a detailed review of the plans, specifications, and addenda. Deliverables may include foundations, slabs, ramps, exterior concrete, tilt-up wall panels, reinforcing steel, embeds and accessories, supplier quote packages, bid summaries, assumptions, exclusions, and RFI support.


Our goal is simple: provide accurate, organized estimating information that contractors can price confidently and use to pursue more work.

Jimmy Ambrose brings more than 25 years of concrete-industry experience in ready-mix operations, pricing, and commercial estimating.  His career includes Sales and Operations Management at Nashville Ready Mix and ten years as a Senior Pricing Specialist at White Cap.
